Bigger is not necessarily always better, and Mercedes is setting out to prove it with their new GLK SUV. The GLK is shorter than the 7-seat GL-Class, hence the K which refers to Kurz or Short in English, but can boast a wide range of features like 4MATIC all-wheel-drive, Agility Control suspension, Intelligent Light System, PRE-SAFE and 7G-TRONIC transmission.
The new Mercedes-Benz GLK measures 4,528 mm in length, 1,840 mm width and 1,689 mm height making it a compact premium SUV like the BMW X3, Audi Q5 and Volvo XC60.

To kick off sales Mercedes will offer the Edition 1 model which features extras like 20 inch wheels, EASY-PACK tailgate, privacy glass, interior sports package with black-white nappa leather from the disigno range, AMG leather steering wheel, black roof lining, aluminum trim and COMAND APS system.
